Police have been able to speak with the 14 and 17 year old boys who were stabbed at a Christchurch house party on Friday.
Sixteen-year-old Zion Purukamu , the third victim, died.
The boys were stabbed at a party on Medbury Terrace, Fendalton, which was attended by more than 80 people on Friday.
Detective Inspector Michael Ford said Sunday police had had the opportunity to speak with the other victims in hospital.
Officers also continue to interview those in the area at the time of the party, while the scene examination remains ongoing.
"This is an extensive scene for our staff to methodically examine and we're grateful to the residents for their understanding and co-operation," Ford said.
"It's been over 24 hours since Zion died and we know there are people out there who attended the party and have not yet come forward.
